Casino Operations Coordinator - Entry-Level Apply Now! As a Casino Operations Coordinator, you'll keep our casino portfolio live, accurate and performing across every brand and market. You'll launch and configure games, check that they actually work, manage lobby placements and promotional categories, chase down issues with providers and internal teams, and make sure players find the right content, working correctly, every time they open the casino. Key Responsibilities Activate and deactivate games according to the agreed release schedule, ensuring configurations are correctly aligned across brands, markets and platforms. Check that game information, metadata and thumbnails are accurate and ready before launch, coordinating with the Technical Department and supporting AWS uploads when required. Test newly launched games and carry out daily operational checks to ensure live content remains available and works correctly. Report technical issues to Technical Support, follow up on fixes, retest resolved issues and escalate complex cases when necessary. Raise and manage tickets with game providers, aggregators and internal teams, tracking them through to resolution. Support casino lobby management, including game placements, promotional categories, exclusive launches, vendor networks and private promotions. Use performance reports and guidance from the Casino Manager to improve game placement and visibility. Maintain accurate game trackers, operational documentation and reporting data. Work closely with Customer Success, QA, Casino Product, Customer Support, CRM and Marketing to support releases, promotions and market-specific updates. Qualifications Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field. Excellent attention to detail, as accuracy is essential for this role. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and professional approach. Confidence using spreadsheets and digital tools, with a willingness to learn new systems. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. English proficiency at C1 level or above, both written and spoken. A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn, follow processes, take ownership and continuously improve. Nice to Have An interest in casino platforms, back-office systems or content management tools. Basic knowledge of the iGaming industry, including online casino, slots or crash games. An understanding of promotional campaigns or how game providers work with casino operators. Knowledge of an additional language, particularly French or Portuguese.
