The Category Buyer will be part of the Procurement Department and will actively contribute to the development and achievement of targets for spend management at TOMRA Recycling on a global scale. Support the development and implementation of category strategies with focus on electrics, electronics and optics Conduct RFQs, and benchmarking for categories assigned to products Execute and monitor supplier contracts to manage costs, schedules, performance metrics, service levels, supplier liability limits, and continuity of supply Support and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders Adhere to TOMRA's corporate and procurement policies Ensure compliance with TOMRA’s Code of Conduct, Chart of Authority and the highest ethical standards Candidate profile: At least 5 years work experience in Strategic Sourcing Entrepreneurial mindset: adaptable, agile, and open to new ideas Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal; German is a plus Proactive and persistent problem-solver Advanced skills in MS Office and ERP systems Education: Bachelor’s degree and above in Engineering ( Electrical ) or equivalent education and/or work experience Benefits: Salary from 2600 eur brutto pm depending on candidate´s skills and experience 13th-month salary regardless to company results Annual bonus Flexible working time and pleasant Nordic culture in the workplace Contribution to DDS Financial reward for seniority 2 days holiday beyond the scope of the Labor Code Meal vouchers in the amount of 7,40€ Referral bonus 1500€ Childbirth grant Financial contribution for education - English language course + free training within the scope of work Possibility to participate in fire sports activities - football, tennis, table tennis, volleyball, Multisport card ...and many more! *Tomra does not differentiate on the basis of gender, race or ethnicity, religion, color, sexual orientation or identity, disability, age and other protected statuses as given by applicable law.
