What You'll Do?

• P&L & Budget Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for your category's P&L, profitability margins, and commercial budget. Monitor financial health, track budget performance, and ensure sustainable top and bottom-line growth.
• Target-Driven & Outcome-Oriented Execution: Set clear growth milestones and drive every commercial action toward achieving key company targets. Take full accountability for reaching revenue, category penetration, and margin KPIs.
• Proactive & Independent Ownership: Act as the "CEO of your category." Drive initiatives from concept to delivery without needing constant management follow-up or reminders.
• Analytical Depth & Margin Control: Conduct rigorous quantitative and margin analyses. Perform regular deep-dive root cause analyses on gap/variance between budget targets and actuals, translating data into strategic action plans.
• Strategic Campaign & Commercial Planning: Design data-backed campaign roadmaps aligned with target profit margins and commercial objectives, avoiding superficial execution.
• Product Curiosity & Assortment Mastery: Stay deeply curious about products, consumer trends, and market innovations. Continuously curate, test, and optimize Getir's product mix to surprise and delight users.
• Strategic Partner & Supplier Management: Lead high-impact commercial discussions, JBP (Joint Business Plan) negotiations, and foster win-win partnerships with key suppliers and brands.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Build strong bridges and drive shared goals with internal teams, including Assortment Strategy, Retail Marketing, MDM, Demand Planning, Operations, and Finance.

What You'll Bring?

• Experience: Minimum 5–6+ years of experience in Category Management, Commercial Trading, or E-Commerce within Retail or FMCG.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Financial & Margin Acumen: Proven track record in P&L management, budget control, and margin optimization with strong financial literacy.
• Product Curiosity & Passion: Genuine interest in retail products, consumer behavior, and emerging market trends—you love exploring what makes a product click with users.
• Target & Results Mindset: Highly goal-oriented with a sharp focus on delivering measurable impact and hitting business targets.
• Proactive Ownership: A self-starter with a strong "can-do" attitude—able to prioritize effectively, manage your own workflow, and solve problems independently.
• Negotiation & Impact: Exceptional negotiation skills to build powerful relationships with strategic partners and secure maximum commercial value.
• Culture Fit: Openness to feedback, hunger to learn, adaptability to high velocity, and a genuine drive to have fun while disrupting the future of retail!
• Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
