At Legal & General, we’re transforming the way we create and deliver customer communications. We’re looking for a CCM Developer to join our specialist Customer Communications team and help us move important customer communications from legacy systems into Quadient Inspire. This is a newly created role, giving you the chance to join a small, technically focused team at a key point in its growth. You’ll work across multiple areas of the business, helping to deliver clear, accurate and timely communications across letters, emails, SMS and print. What you'll be doing: Designing, developing and maintaining Customer Communication Management solutions using Quadient Creating customer communications across letters, SMS, emails and print processes Supporting the migration of legacy communications into Quadient Inspire Developing workflows, designs and technical specifications to support robust change control Working with agile teams to deliver communication changes within sprint timelines Providing technical input to projects and helping stakeholders shape communication requirements Supporting production issues and working with suppliers, vendors and development teams to resolve them Helping improve communications with customer experience, Consumer Duty, inclusion and vulnerable customers in mind Who we're looking for: Strong hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire / Quadient Experience with Quadient Designer, Scaler, Interactive, Omnichannel and Messenger, or comparable CCM tools Knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML and HTML Experience working in agile or scrum environments Coding experience, ideally JavaScript and/or C/C++, would be helpful Quadient training or certification would be a bonus Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
