LEXCO is currently looking to recruit a CDD Analyst to join their team on a full-time basis in Malta.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct customer onboarding for our clients.
• Evaluate customer profiles and transactions.
• Oversee and verify customer screening searches.
• Ensure timely delivery of all tasks and escalate any delays to the line manager.
• Respond to clients' AML-related queries, escalating when necessary.
• Coordinate with team members to prioritize work assignments.
• Maintain accurate records in LEXCO’s AML Software.
• Collaborate with the AML Advisory team on complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
• Identify and suggest improvements in controls and processes.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as required.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Financial Crime, AML, and/or Financial Services.
• Sound knowledge of local AML requirements.
• Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Maltese and English.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for developing relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines proactively.
• Capable of working independently and with minimal supervision.
• Ability to identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements.
• Responsible, reliable, mature, and highly organized.
