Responsibilities: Administer and operate Azure infrastructure and platform services; Manage and troubleshoot Azure virtual machines, networking, storage, and platform resources; Execute provisioning, configuration, maintenance, upgrade, and lifecycle management activities; Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues within agreed service levels; Support the implementation of cloud architecture standards and best practices; Monitor Azure environments and proactively address reliability, availability, and performance issues; Contribute to automation initiatives to reduce manual operational effort and improve efficiency; Support capacity management and resource optimization activities; Maintain operational documentation, procedures, runbooks, and knowledge articles; Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, database, and application teams to ensure service continuity. Microsoft Azure technologies, including Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, and Platform Services; Infrastructure Administration: Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and related services; Patching, server lifecycle management, and infrastructure troubleshooting; Monitoring tools, alert management, and operational support activities; Incident investigation, problem analysis, and resolution; Capacity planning, performance monitoring, and resource optimization; Automation and scripting using PowerShell and Azure CLI; Knowledge of operational procedures, runbooks, change management processes, and documentation best practices.
