Role Summary:
This role owns the strategy to position Colgate as the premier oral care brand by driving professional sales and building strategic partnerships across dental academia, pharmacies, and key opinion leaders. You will lead a dedicated team across the Central America (CAM) region to deploy global professional strategies while integrating public health initiatives through our BSBF (Bright Smiles, Bright Futures) educational programs. This is an exciting opportunity to directly influence oral health equity and market growth across commercial and community channels.
Responsibilities:

Lead the design and execution of the Professional Marketing strategy for the Central America region to strengthen brand equity among dental professionals and drive product consumption.

Direct commercial growth by expanding In-Office Sales and dentist prescription-based demand generation within pharmacy and retail networks.

Manage and develop the regional Professional Oral Care team, fostering a business-growth mindset and driving professional career advancement.

Oversee budget allocation, financial tracking, and operational execution for both Professional Marketing and Bright Smiles, Bright Futures community outreach programs.

Partner closely with regional Consumer Marketing and Hub POC teams to align commercial priorities, support product launches, and integrate key professional insights.

Build strategic alliances with Dental Academies, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and public health institutions across the CAM region to support future dental professionals.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry.

At least 5 years of experience leading marketing strategy within the oral care or healthcare sectors.

Demonstrated direct people management experience and leadership skills

Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead global/regional projects.

Strong networking, project management, and strategic problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored for multicultural leadership and diverse stakeholder audiences.
