Central Zone Practice Leader, Marsh Health and Benefits (US) – Partner level

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven leader to join our Marsh Health and Benefits US team. As the Health and Benefits Central Zone Practice Leader, you will lead and inspire a large team to execute our strategy and deliver revenue and profitability goals. This role reports to the Marsh Health and Benefits US Leader, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Central Zone Leader.

This role may be based in any Central Zone office location and follows a hybrid schedule, with an expectation of at least three days per week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Define and execute the Zone’s long-term business strategy, aligned to the overall Health and Benefits strategy; drive engagement through clear, consistent communication with Health & Benefits Leaders and Office Leaders.
• Deliver Zone financial performance, including revenue growth and profitability, with active management of the P&L.
• Grow practice revenue by leading sales growth, enabling cross-practice collaboration, and strengthening external relationships to build the Marsh Health & Benefits brand with business leaders.
• Achieve Zone sales goals by deepening existing client relationships and developing new ones in partnership with local growth teams.
• Build and sustain a high-performance culture by inspiring teams, leading change, and developing top talent and successors.
• Champion the adoption of AI and technology-enabled tools to improve client outcomes and increase productivity.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
• Demonstrated inclusive leadership and ability to build and develop diverse, high-performing teams
• Intellectual curiosity and a track record of bringing innovative approaches to business needs
• Proven experience leading teams and managing costs, with a track record of driving sales and revenue growth
• Experience identifying, designing, recommending, and implementing efficient, innovative business solutions for client’s complex challenges
• Health and Benefits consulting experience with demonstrated leadership responsibility

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $212,000 to $318,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
