Role Description
This CEO Assistant Intern / 社長秘書 role is a remote internship position supporting the CEO with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings across time zones, organizing digital documents, and preparing brief summaries or reports for the CEO. The intern will assist with email correspondence, follow-ups, and internal communication to ensure smooth information flow between the CEO and team members. Additional tasks may involve researching topics relevant to the company’s operations, helping coordinate virtual meetings or events, and maintaining organized records and action item lists. The role offers exposure to executive-level decision-making and the opportunity to learn about creative, cross-border brand building in Japan.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills and Office Administration abilities.
- Candidates should be comfortable working remotely, managing time effectively, and handling multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Candidates should have proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets) and an ability to learn new software quickly.
- Candidates with interest or experience in international business, Japanese market entry, or creative/marketing industries are preferred.
- Candidates studying or holding a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field are a plus, but not strictly required.
