Our client is an established Lithuanian company providing specialized digital content and technology-enabled services to international B2B customers. Most of its revenue is generated in global markets through long-term relationships with leading organizations.

The company has strong technical expertise and a highly specialized team. It is now entering a new development stage focused on commercial growth, customer diversification, AI-enabled productivity and improved profitability.

The role

The CEO will take full responsibility for the company’s performance and lead its transition from founder-led management. The key mandate is to strengthen commercial capabilities while preserving the company’s expertise, quality and customer trust.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s growth strategy.

• Lead the adoption of AI to transform service delivery, improve efficiency and enable new service offerings

• Retain and grow key international customers.

• Diversify the customer base and develop new business.

• Strengthen sales, KAM, pricing and forecasting.

• Refine the company’s positioning and value proposition.

• Develop new services and technology-enabled solutions.

• Convert AI and automation into measurable business results.

• Establish clear KPIs and performance accountability.

• Lead organisational and leadership transition as the owners step back from day-to-day management.

Candidate profile

• Senior leadership experience with broad business responsibility.

• Proven track record of commercial growth.

• International B2B sales and key-account-management experience, gained through direct involvement or responsibility for leading these functions and their results.

• Full P&L and profitability responsibility.

• Experience with complex services or technology solutions.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.

• Experience leading business transformation.

• Good understanding of AI, automation and digital business.

• Collaborative, decisive and hands-on leadership style.

• Fluent English and Lithuanian.

Experience in publishing, information services, SaaS, BPO, data, content production, localisation or other technology-enabled service industries would be advantageous but is not essential.
