Role Description The Certified Digital NeuroEdTech & SENCO Specialist is a contract role based in Lagos State, Nigeria, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site collaboration with remote tasks. This role involves using AI-powered neuroeducational tools, including AIDA, to assess learner profiles, interpret cognitive and neurodivergent indicators, and translate these insights into practical, classroom-ready interventions. The specialist will design, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs), inclusive learning strategies, and accommodations for neurodivergent and neurotypical learners in K–12 environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with educators, parents, caregivers, and clinicians; delivering training sessions and workshops on inclusive digital learning; and documenting outcomes, reports, and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making. The role also includes contributing to pilot projects, refining neuroprofiles, and aligning interventions with local and global inclusion standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in special educational needs coordination (SENCO), including designing and managing IEPs and inclusive education plans for K–12 learners.
• Knowledge of neurodiversity, child development, and neuropsychology, particularly in relation to dyslexia, autism, ASD, ADHD, and other learning differences.
• Experience with educational technology, digital learning platforms, or neuroEdTech tools, and the ability to integrate AI-driven insights into classroom practice.
• Skills in assessment and interpretation of cognitive, behavioral, and learning data, including psychometric or observational tools relevant to school settings.
• Collaborative communication skills for working with teachers, school leaders, parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Ability to develop and deliver training, workshops, and coaching sessions on inclusive education, accessibility, and differentiated instruction.
• Relevant certification or training in SENCO, special education, educational psychology, or a related field; familiarity with Nigerian or international education standards is an advantage.
