We’re looking for a Revenue Cycle Support Specialist who thrives in complexity, works well independently, and is driven to find solutions—not wait for them. Who You Are This full-time remote position is responsible for accurately correcting coding-related denials for billing in Epic, including writing appeal letters when appropriate. The right candidate will bring strong technical coding knowledge, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy standards. What You'll Do Responsible for accurately correcting coding related edits and for billing in Epic. Responsible for abstracting operative reports in 3M and/or Epic. Ensure timely completion of patient accounts to meet established department standards and/or goals. Maintains 95% accuracy or greater in accordance with department standards. Advanced knowledge of medical coding rules and regulations to include, but not limited to, compliance, payer policy, CMS regulation and CCI Attends meetings as required. Is respectful and courteous to all people, including coworkers and clients. Able to work independently as the job is remote. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Displays positive attitude and team spirit by being willing to assist wherever needed. What You Bring Education High School Diploma or equivalent. Completion of a formal course of study in medical terminology, disease processes, anatomy and physiology Completion of a formal course of study in medical coding and regulatory compliance.
