About the Position Appraisers start at 50% of the total fee for each completed appraisal report, with the opportunity to increase fee split after 90 days based on performance, reliability, and alignment with company standards. In select markets, high-performing appraisers will be considered for salaried staff appraiser roles following this period. These positions include performance-based bonuses, and health benefits to those who demonstrate consistency and align with long-term company goals.
