We deliver a fully integrated solution of premium services that keeps our partners front and center through our white-label approach. Our network of 450 venues worldwide, hosting 20,000 events and entertaining 165 million guests each year, is powered by our depth of expertise and level of execution across every component — feasibility & consulting, owner’s representation, sales, partnerships, hospitality, merchandise, venue management, and content & booking — of world-class live events and venues. The Legends Global culture is one of respect, ambitious thinking, collaboration, and bold action. We are committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone can be authentic, make an impact, and grow their career. Winning is an everyday thing at Legends Global. We have the best team members who understand every win is earned when we come together as one unified team. Sound like a winning formula for you? Join us! The Role The Change Management Lead owns the organizational change management strategy for the Finance Transformation program end to end. This role builds and runs the ADKAR-based approach that drives awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement across every impacted stakeholder group, from executive sponsors to venue-level staff, and defines the adoption metrics the program is measured against. It owns business readiness: assessing change impact across corporate and venue operations, setting readiness criteria for each deployment wave, and reporting readiness status that supports go or no-go decisions with evidence, not opinion. It owns adoption in practice: the training, the stakeholder communications, the Change Champion Network, and the reinforcement work after go-live that makes the change hold. The Change Management Lead is accountable for organizational adoption. This is not a support function to someone else’s plan. Essential Functions Organizational Change Management Strategy & ADKAR Leadership Develop and lead the organizational change management strategy for the Finance Transformation program, built on ADKAR principles across awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement. Maintain an integrated change roadmap aligned to program milestones and deployment waves. Define change management success metrics and adoption KPIs, and own reporting on them throughout the program. Partner with executive sponsors to drive visible leadership engagement in the change. Identify organizational adoption risks and build mitigation plans ahead of them becoming issues. Change Impact Assessment & Business Readiness Lead change impact assessments across corporate and venue operations, covering business process, role, policy, and control impacts. Build stakeholder impact profiles and readiness plans for each impacted function. Define business readiness criteria for each deployment phase and rollout wave, and run readiness reviews with business leadership. Track and report readiness metrics across stakeholders, departments, and locations, and support go/no-go decisions with that reporting. Partner with business leaders to close readiness gaps before go-live, and own stabilization and adoption monitoring after it. Communications, Training & Adoption Enablement Build and lead the Change Champion Network across corporate and venue locations. Own communication strategy tailored by audience, from executives to end users, and the training programs and materials that support adoption. Ensure training reflects actual business process and system functionality, not generic content. Measure training effectiveness and adoption through knowledge assessments and usage metrics, and establish the feedback loop that surfaces adoption risk from users. Support adoption of new reporting capabilities and automation introduced through the transformation. Own post-go-live reinforcement to sustain behavior change and protect the value the transformation is meant to deliver. What Success Looks Like Adoption is the condition on which the program’s operating targets depend: Monthly close completed in 10 days or fewer. 95% first-time-correct financials, with no out-of-period adjustments. Internal controls at 90% compliance, right-sized to the scale of the business. A 90% reduction in delayed invoicing, with all invoicing issued within 30 days of month-end. Milestones against those targets: First 30 days. Direct conversations completed with users across accounts payable, accounts receivable, close, treasury, and the venues. Workarounds identified and understood. Champion network named. First 90 days. Champion network operating. A baseline adoption measure defined and reported weekly. Corporate training gaps closed or scheduled. Six months. Corporate adoption measurably improved, evidenced in system usage rather than survey response. Venue change kit drafted and tested at the first site. Twelve months. Venue rollout running with change readiness as a formal gate. Champion network self-sustaining. Off-system workarounds are the exception and are visible when they occur. Qualifications To perform this role successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential function above at the highest level. The requirements below represent the knowledge, skill, and ability required. 8+ years in organizational change management on enterprise technology programs, including at least one ERP implementation. Demonstrated experience driving adoption across a distributed or multi-site organization, not a single head office. Working fluency in finance process. The ability to sit with a controller or an accounts payable processor and understand the work being described. Experience recovering adoption on a system already in production, where users have formed habits and workarounds. Ability to build and sustain a champion or super-user network with real business participation. Ability to report unfavorable readiness status to executive stakeholders under schedule pressure. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Preferred Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent certification, with the judgment to adapt the framework to the situation. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Sports, entertainment, hospitality, or venue operations. Training content development and learning management system experience. Working Relationships Reports to the SVP, Program Management Office. Works directly with the Program Owner for the Finance Transformation, the Senior Project Manager, the business process owners for each finance process area, FP&A, Corporate Technology, Human Resources, and venue leadership. Presents to the Steering Committee. COMPENSATION Competitive salary between $160,000-$170,000, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan. WORKING CONDITIONS Location: This is a remote-based position with significant travel required to support venues and in-person business needs. While the role may be based remotely, proximity to a Legends Global corporate office is preferred. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. NOTE: The essential responsibilities of this position are described below the above headings. They may be subject to change at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons. Also, this document in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position. Legends Global is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer, and encourages Women, Minorities, Individuals with Disabilities, and protected Veterans to apply. VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
