Maximum Term 12 months | 9 day fortnight $103,596pa + 12% super (level 5) Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days. Location: Strathpine, onsite parking and close to train station We're seeking a proactive Change & Communications Officer to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO). In this role, you'll partner with project teams and stakeholders to support organisational change initiatives through effective communications, engagement activities and change delivery support. You'll play a key role in helping employees understand, adopt and embrace new processes, systems and ways of working. Key responsibilities include: Delivering communication and engagement activities that support business change and ePMO initiatives. Creating clear, engaging content across a variety of channels, including SharePoint, Teams, newsletters and project communications. Supporting the development of change and communication plans for key organisational initiatives. Working with project teams and stakeholders to support readiness, adoption and successful implementation of change. Coordinating feedback, surveys and engagement activities to understand user experience and improve outcomes. Contributing to a positive change culture through collaboration, coaching and knowledge sharing. About you You're an excellent communicator with a passion for helping people navigate change. You enjoy building relationships, creating engaging content and working in a fast-paced environment where no two projects are the same. You'll bring initiative, creativity and a customer-focused mindset to every piece of work you deliver. To succeed in this role, you will have: Experience in change management, communications, stakeholder engagement or project support roles. Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences. Experience developing communication plans, materials, presentations, user guides or engagement content. Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across diverse teams. Knowledge of change management principles and employee engagement practices. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint, Teams and other collaboration platforms.
