Essential requirements We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven professional who can seamlessly combine big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. You will excel at influencing senior executives and building strong relationships, while fostering collaboration within a consulting environment. The ideal candidate is a credible leader with exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging strategic vision and operational delivery. You thrive in complex digital transformation programmes and bring adaptability, resilience, and a passion for driving meaningful change. We expect you have experience in: Successfully delivering complex digital transformation programmes, ideally large-scale ERP or major IT implementations. Translating operating model and system changes into actionable change delivery plans (e.g., communication strategy, impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, training plans). Building executive-level credibility and managing stakeholders effectively. Applying change management methodologies and designing impactful interventions. Leading organisational change and digital transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes. Working with Agile methodologies and cultural change frameworks. Leveraging a strong academic foundation (e.g., MSc/MBA) with analytical and planning expertise. Operating across multiple geographies and sectors with ease. Holding preferred certifications such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar. Please note: Full professional proficiency in Dutch is mandatory for this role.
