Change Management Consultant

At Midagon, you will work with senior colleagues who deliver complex transformation projects and programmes for both private and public sector clients. You will be based at one of our offices in Stockholm or Örebro, and we offer a hybrid working model. Naturally, some days will be spent on‑site with clients.

The Role

As a Change Management Consultant, you ensure that large‑scale IT and ERP transformations succeed through effective adoption and behavioural change. You act as an independent advisor, on the client side, who understands how new systems and processes impact people and operations.

You lead the change track in close collaboration with project and programme managers, driving planning, execution and stakeholder engagement. Your work includes developing change strategies, communication plans and, facilitating workshops, supporting leaders, and following up on effects, KPIs and adoption. You also contribute to method development, business development and the team’s shared competence.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3–5 years of experience in change management
• Several years of experience from management consulting or transformation projects in a consultant role
• Has led business‑critical, IT‑driven change journeys — including ERP and system implementations, vendor changes and broader IT transformations
• Has a communicative, collaborative advisory style
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

You have experience with ADKAR, PROSCI or similar methodologies, as well as certifications that demonstrate a structured approach to change. Experience from industries such as manufacturing, finance, food & beverage, retail or the forest industry is valuable, as is experience with AI‑related change management.
