Change Management & Training Lead

Overview JST is currently seeking a Change Management & Training Lead to support our team. This is a full-time remote position. Change Management & Training Lead Responsibilities Build training materials, quick reference guides, and instructor guides. Run train the trainer sessions for the customer's training cadre. Help set up and run a change agent network across the customer's organization. Change Management & Training Lead Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field 8+ years of relevant experience Prosci Change Management certification. Organizational change management. Instructional design. Building training material for an audience that is not technical. Federal or military environment. Prior software rollout.
