Change Manager

12-Month Initial Contract | Brisbane City | 50/50 Hybrid

Our client is in the market for a Change Manager to support a portfolio of technology and infrastructure transformation initiatives, spanning cloud modernisation, hybrid infrastructure, and data platform delivery.

• Initial 12 month daily rate contract
• Based in Brisbane City with 50% WFH
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects highly regarded

About this position:

This role would suit someone who has driven change on a technology or infrastructure project end-to-end, and are comfortable working autonomously across multiple concurrent initiatives. You will apply a structured change methodology with clear judgement, and communicate clearly.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain change plans that map to each project's lifecycle, from early scoping through to project close
• Assess how proposed changes will land across different stakeholder groups, and use this to shape a tailored engagement approach
• Own the communications strategy by keeping stakeholders informed, building trust in the initiative, and managing expectations as each project evolves
• Work with subject matter experts to close capability gaps, producing the training resources and guidance staff need to adopt new ways of working
• Bring change and technical work streams together in the lead-up to go-live, so operational readiness keeps pace with delivery
• Track how well changes are embedding post-launch, address pushback as it arises, and oversee a clean transition to ongoing operational ownership
• Keep project leadership informed on change progress, surfacing risks early and calling out where input or decisions are needed
