Position Overview : We are seeking a hands-on and execution-focused Change Practitioner to support enterprise transformation initiatives by driving adoption, enablement, and change readiness. This role is responsible for translating the enterprise change methodology into initiative-level change plans, stakeholder engagement, communications needs, training activities, and adoption tracking. The ideal candidate is a practical change professional who can build trust quickly, manage resistance directly, and help teams adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working. This position plays a key role in ensuring transformation initiatives do more than launch successfully, they are adopted, reinforced, and converted into measurable business value. Work Arrangement: This is a full-time, fully remote position. Professional Responsibilities: Conduct change impact assessments for assigned initiatives, identifying affected stakeholders, workflow changes, adoption risks, and areas requiring additional support. Translate the enterprise change approach into initiative-level change plans with clear milestones aligned to delivery timelines. Identify ability, motivation, sponsorship, and reinforcement gaps that may limit adoption, and develop practical plans to address them. Map stakeholders, assess influence and readiness, and keep stakeholder plans current as initiatives progress. Equip leaders and sponsors with the information, tools, and prompts needed to actively support change adoption. Surface resistance early, identify root causes, and work directly with stakeholders to resolve concerns and reduce adoption risk. Partner with the Communications function to define messaging needs and sequence communications around key change milestones. Build and deliver enablement activities, tools, and training so impacted teams are prepared to work in new ways. Support go-live readiness through readiness checks, cutover support, hypercare planning, and post-launch reinforcement. Define and track adoption metrics such as usage, cycle time, error rates, and process adherence to evaluate whether changes are taking hold. Report readiness, adoption progress, and risks to the Chief Transformation Officer and initiative owners. Develop reinforcement mechanisms that help sustain adoption and prevent teams from reverting to previous processes after go-live. Operate independently across assigned initiatives while collaborating with delivery, communications, initiative owners, and functional stakeholders. Qualifications and Requirements: 3+ years of experience delivering organizational change management for enterprise, operational, technology, or cross-functional initiatives. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Change management certification such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent preferred. Demonstrated experience building and executing change impact assessments, stakeholder plans, communications plans, training plans, and adoption strategies. Proven ability to measure adoption and improve usage of new processes, systems, or ways of working after launch. Strong understanding of structured change management methodologies with the ability to adapt tools and approaches to the needs of each initiative. Ability to build trust and credibility with executive sponsors, functional leaders, initiative teams, and front-line employees. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex, technical, or sensitive changes clearly and calmly. Ability to identify resistance, understand organizational dynamics, and address adoption risks before they affect outcomes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to report adoption progress honestly and clearly. Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with limited direction. High ownership mindset with sound judgment, professionalism, and a practical approach to driving change adoption.
