You’ll own partner plans, create and qualify a high-quality pipeline, manage forecasts and negotiations, and work closely with Sales Operations, Commercial, Product and Marketing to deliver the right outcomes for partners and the business. You’ll need to be confident influencing at all levels, commercially astute, highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where delivering sustainable partner value is key.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
Proven experience in energy sales, channel sales, account management or partner development, ideally within the UK business-energy/TPI market;
Strong track record of delivering sales, revenue and margin targets, with a focus on profitable growth and commercial outcomes;
Experience managing third-party partner relationships, account-growth plans, acquisition and renewal pipelines, and opportunities through to completion;
Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder-management skills, with confidence presenting to senior partner contacts and representing an organisation externally;
Good understanding of UK business energy, TPI models, pricing, margin, CRM/pipeline management and sales governance, with experience using Salesforce or equivalent systems.
