Role Overview
The Channel Marketing & Enablement Manager owns two connected mandates: generating partner-sourced demand, and building the partner capability to convert it. On demand, the role leads channel and co-marketing planning and manages the programs that fund and feed the partner pipeline — MDF/PDF, lead sharing, trial campaigns, and annual joint marketing planning. On capability, it designs, delivers, and measures the enablement programs that equip partners to sell Chaos products effectively, owning readiness, onboarding, ongoing training, and certification against the product portfolio and commercial strategy.
Main Responsibilities
Partner marketing:
Work closely with the Channel Managers to understand business goals and planned revenue growth per territory and region, and translate those targets into partner marketing plans and channel-only campaigns where they make commercial sense.
Deliver consistent, high-quality partner communication - owning the partner newsletter, portal updates, and release communications to ensure partners are informed and engaged.
Build annual joint marketing plans with strategic partners: agreeing objectives and activities per partner, supporting and tracking execution through the year, and reporting on performance quarterly and annually.
Run the Partner Development Fund (PDF) program: review and approve requests, support and track funded activities, and report on return.
Manage the Partner Trial Program and other lead-sharing initiatives, with accountability for partner follow-up and conversion, not just lead volume.
Support alignment across the go-to-market organisation on behalf of the channel marketing: working with Product Marketing, Direct Sales, and other GTM teams to keep partner-facing plans, campaigns, and release communication moving in step, and to represent partner needs in cross-team planning.
Maintain positive and productive relationships with channel partners and the Channel Managers, acting as the marketing point of contact for the partners in scope.
Partner enablement:
Own the partner training cadence and the partner-facing Learning Management System (LMS): maintain the curriculum, retire outdated content, publish new modules alongside product releases, and keep certification requirements current.
Design and deliver partner enablement programmes, building role-based learning paths, sales plays, and certification paths for sales-facing partner audiences.
Create and commission enablement assets - product documents, competitive battle cards, and objection handling - drawing on Product Marketing, Solutions and Direct Sales for source material.
Deliver 1:1 and small-group workshops and live sessions for priority partners alongside regional Channel Managers, acting as a trusted advisor on product positioning, customer use cases and best-practice selling motions.
Track engagement and performance metrics across training, certification and enablement content, and use them to improve program effectiveness.
Required Experience
5+ years in channel or partner-facing roles: channel marketing, partner enablement, channel management, or a mix.
Experience working with an indirect sales model: resellers, VARs, distributors, with hands-on experience building joint marketing plans with individual partners and owning recurring partner-facing communication such as a newsletter, portal, or resource hub.
Hands-on experience managing MDF, co-op funds, or a comparable partner marketing budget, including approvals and performance reporting.
Experience building and running training programmes or certification paths for a sales-facing audience, and delivering workshops or live sessions with confidence.
Experience creating partner-facing product documentation, competitive battle cards, and sales plays.
Experience working alongside a channel or indirect sales team, translating commercial targets into partner marketing activity and reporting on revenue contribution.
Advantageous: software or SaaS vendor environment; multi-region scope; familiarity with 3D, design, AEC, or media & entertainment markets.
Working knowledge of marketing and enablement tooling: LMS platforms, PRM or partner portals, marketing automation, and CRM reporting.
Required Skills
Manage multiple concurrent partner programmes and stakeholder relationships without losing pace or accuracy: track commitments, surface risks early, and keep cross-functional workstreams moving in parallel.
Applies commercial and analytical thinking, comfortable working with data and acting on what it shows.
Influence without authority, across independent partner businesses and internal GTM teams.
Clear, structured written and verbal communication, including presenting plans and results.
Strong editorial judgement: able to brief, adapt, and quality-check partner-facing content and enablement materials.
Relationship building across cultures, with a service-oriented but goal-driven approach to partners.
Professional verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.
We welcome people who value teamwork, stick to their commitments and are curious to explore new ways for achieving mastery. If you believe that you are a good match for the job, just send us your CV in English.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
