Drive Consumer Technology Growth Across Türkiye & Israel

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to drive localized marketing initiatives across Türkiye and Israel, supporting demand generation, sales growth, product launches, and brand visibility.

This is a highly commercial marketing role working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, distributors, retailers, e-commerce partners, and agencies to translate regional strategies into effective local execution.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in consumer technology or electronics, understands both retail and e-commerce environments, and knows how to turn marketing investment into measurable business results.

What You'll Do

Channel, Trade & Retail Marketing

• Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns, promotions, and partner activities.
• Drive channel, trade, retail, and e-commerce marketing initiatives.
• Develop programs with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce partners.
• Support retail activations, partner programs, and promotional initiatives.

Go-to-Market & Product Launches

• Support GTM strategies for new products and campaigns.
• Coordinate product launches, brand activations, events, and training programs.
• Adapt regional marketing strategies to local market requirements.
• Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to support commercial objectives.

Performance & Budget Management

• Manage marketing budgets and partner marketing funds.
• Track campaign KPIs, sales performance, and market trends.
• Analyse campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare marketing performance and business reports.

Partner & Agency Management

• Manage relationships with agencies, distributors, retailers, and e-commerce partners.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders across Türkiye and Israel.
• Support trade shows, partner events, and market activations.
• Ensure consistent execution across channels and markets.

What We're Looking For

✔ 6+ years of experience in Marketing, Channel Marketing, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, or a related commercial marketing function.

✔ Strong experience within Consumer Technology, Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or a related industry.

✔ Experience marketing consumer products such as mobile devices, computers, laptops, tablets, cameras, or other consumer electronics is highly desirable.

✔ Strong understanding of retail and e-commerce environments.

✔ Experience with GTM execution, product launches, campaigns, and partner marketing.

✔ Strong analytical and marketing performance management capabilities.

✔ Experience managing agencies, distributors, retailers, or commercial partners.

✔ Strong project and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Fluent Turkish and English.

✔ Ability to travel regularly within Türkiye and Israel.

Nice to Have

⭐ Previous experience within a major consumer technology or electronics organization.

⭐ Experience managing more than one geographic market.

⭐ Hebrew language skills.

⭐ Experience managing partner marketing funds and budgets.
