Job Title: Chat Support Intern (Social Media & Customer Engagement)

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and respond promptly to direct messages, comments, and reviews across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
Engage with the online community in a friendly, professional, and brand-aligned manner.
Answer customer queries related to health, nutrition, fitness, and services using knowledge and available resources.
Build meaningful conversations that encourage users to submit enquiry forms and become potential leads.
Handle customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams.
Maintain quick response times during the assigned shift to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Track recurring customer questions and share insights with marketing and operations teams.
Ensure all interactions follow the brand's tone of voice and communication guidelines.
Support community engagement initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational background in Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or related fields is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile).
Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously with accuracy and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to work night shifts.
Punctual, reliable, and committed to prompt customer interactions.
