• Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM Indian Standard Timing (IST) with one hour break.
• 30% Hands-on Data Analytics.
• 70% Management and delivery of Data Analytics Projects.
• This is a Night Shift Job for Freshers only.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Project Coordinator Associate (Night Shift). The Project Coordinator Associate will be responsible for delivering and managing projects data analytics projects, taking requirements from clients, and documenting them. Analyzing data and working with other developers and freelancers to deliver. Key responsibilities include generating reports, conducting research, and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage data analytics projects from initiation to completion.
• Gather and document client requirements accurately.
• Collaborate with developers, freelancers, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Conduct research and analyze project-related data.
• Communicate project updates and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain organized project records using collaboration and productivity tools.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and business processes.

Required Qualifications

• Fresh graduates only (students currently pursuing studies are not eligible).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), or Power BI is an added advantage.
• Interest in Data Analytics, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing.
• Quick learner with the ability to research and solve problems independently.

Qualifications

• Required only freshers no student.
• Good to have Excel, Google Drive, Google Docs, Powerpoint.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills along with excellent documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good to have knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Data Studio, and PowerBI.
• Keen interest to learn e-commerce or digital marketing.
