About Premier International TransportationPremier International Transportation is an established luxury ground transportation company with over a decade of experience serving Fortune 500 executives, diplomats, and high-profile travelers worldwide. We are now entering a transformative new chapter: scaling our operations and codifying a unique, care-based service philosophy we call the Private Chef model. We have the foundation, the clients, and the vision. What we need now are the right people to help us build the future. Most transportation companies ask: "How do we move people from point A to point B efficiently?" We ask a different question: "How do we make a human being feel understood, seen, and at peace—and happen to use a vehicle to do it?"
Think of it this way: a great restaurant serves hundreds of guests well but never really knows you. We aim to be the private chef. The private chef remembers your preferences without being asked, no matter where in the world you are, and makes you feel like the only client that matters. That is the standard we are building into every reservation, every client profile, and every phone call. It is our unique value proposition, and it is the engine of our next phase of growth.
This philosophy comes from real experience. Our founder, Antoine Pitroipa, worked in the American service industry from the moment he immigrated to the United States. He built Premier from the ground up with trusted individuals, lasting relationships, and a commitment to integrity—treating every chauffeur, every client, and every partner with dignity and fairness, because that is simply who he is. That small business, built on integrity, is now the foundation we are codifying into a global brand.
We are scaling with a 100x ambition. We are currently honing our identity as a global mobility brand built on a simple, radical promise: See people. Know people. Serve people. This means we are actively testing, adjusting, and perfecting a care-based business model in real time. We need people who are energized by that challenge—not passive participants, but active contributors committed to thinking, doing, and adjusting with us at a very high standard. We are not looking for someone to simply follow a script; we are looking for someone to help us write it. If you invest in us with your talent and fierce attention to detail, we will invest in you with mentorship, growth, and a real seat at the table as we scale.
The Role
The Junior Chauffeur Intelligence Officer is the backbone of the "Know People" & “Serve People” side of the SKS philosophy. While the Client Experience Lead manages the client relationship from the front, the Junior CIO works behind the scenes to ensure our chauffeurs are fully prepared, briefed, and supported before and after every journey.
This is not a traditional dispatch function. You are not simply assigning the next available vehicle. You are making deliberate matches between chauffeurs, clients, and journeys based on what you know about each. The Junior CIO listens to our chauffeurs, captures what they observe in the car, and translates that into structured, actionable data that improves every future ride. They are the bridge between the chauffeur's real-world experience and the company's institutional memory.
Key Responsibilities
Dispatch & Matchmaking
- Assign chauffeurs to jobs based on character, strengths, and the specific needs of the client and journey—not convenience or rotation alone.
- Coordinate affiliate dispatch when a reservation falls outside our coverage or requires a vehicle we do not own. Vet affiliate reliability and capture data, share complete job details, and confirm receipt by phone before the service—never assume a message was received.
- Maintain a working knowledge of each chauffeur: their strengths, their preferences, their limits, their availability, and the type of client they serve best.
- Build genuine relationships with chauffeurs over time. Know their names, their stories, their families. Trust is earned through consistency, respect, and familiarity.
- Flag conflicts, gaps, or recurring issues to the Founder before they become service failures.
- Track dispatch patterns over time. If the same chauffeur is repeatedly requested by the same client, or repeatedly struggles with a certain type of journey, that is intelligence. Record it and bring it to leadership.
Pre-Ride Preparation
- Conduct brief pre-ride check-ins with chauffeurs before all services by phone.
- Ensure each chauffeur has the client's information, including route, specific client instructions, preferences, and any special requests.
- Coordinate with the Client Experience team to confirm any last-minute changes or client notes.
- Assist with daily city watch reports, flagging road closures, construction, or traffic risks that could impact service.
During-Ride Intelligence
- Communicating with chauffeurs in real time to ensure all services are completed on time.
- Responsible for reporting and documenting all things that occur during each chauffeur's service.
Post-Ride Intelligence
- Conduct post-ride debriefs with chauffeurs after every service by phone.
- Capture new client observations: preferences, dislikes, emotional cues, and any details the chauffeur noticed that should be remembered.
- Enter insights into the Chauffeur Service Profile system in a clear, consistent format.
- Close each trip correctly, with the correct drop off location, and drop of time.
Chauffeur Support
- Act as a trusted point of contact for chauffeurs who need quick operational guidance before or during a shift.
- Escalate urgent issues to the Founder.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
System Building
- Implement and test all systems created by the business strategist such as but not limited to, chauffeur profiles, chauffeur service briefs, in order to contribute to the ongoing development of the role.
- Flag patterns and gaps: if multiple chauffeurs report the same client preference or problem, note it and bring it to leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in limousine dispatching services.
- Proficiency in Limoanywhere software.
- Clear, calm communicator: You can speak with chauffeurs respectfully, using our SKS philosophy, and gather information without making it feel like an interrogation.
- Detail-oriented: You notice the small things, and you write them down accurately.
- Trustworthy and discreet: You will handle sensitive client and chauffeur information.
- Good with people: Chauffeurs are old-school. They need to feel respected, not managed. You know and learn how to build trust.
- Organized and reliable: You maintain consistent records and follow through on commitments.
- Aligned with SKS: You understand that the system exists to serve people, not the other way around.
Why This Role Matters
The Junior CIO will be the reason our chauffeurs can deliver the SKS experience at a higher level than any other transportation company. You are the memory of the operation. The detail keeper. The person who makes sure nothing is forgotten.
