CHECK Team Leader — Application (CTL-APP) Responsibilities: Act as CHECK Team Leader on assessments, accountable for technical delivery and quality Lead and mentor testers on engagements Support pre-sales scoping and technical proposal input Contribute to methodology and capability development Essential Current NCSC CHECK Team Leader (Application) status, evidenced via CREST CCT APP, TIGER SST, or CyberScheme equivalent Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC minimum); existing clearance strongly preferred Proven experience leading CHECK-scoped web, mobile, and API assessments in UK public sector and/or CNI environments Ability to scope, deliver, quality-assure, and sign off engagements as Team Leader Strong client-facing communication and report writing Desirable CREST CCSAS, OSWE, or equivalent Source code review and secure development experience Cloud-native and containerised application assessment (Azure, AWS) xperience mentoring CHECK Team Members toward CTL-APP ABOUT US: A&O IT Group is an award-winning, fast-growth, global IT services and cyber security consultancy operating in over 130 countries.
