Role Description The Chef De Partie role at Finder Recruitment is a full-time hybrid position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with some flexibility to work from home for administrative and planning tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, managing a specific section of the kitchen, and ensuring consistent quality and presentation. The role involves coordinating with the Head Chef and other kitchen team members, monitoring stock and food safety, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the assigned station. The Chef De Partie will also assist in menu development, train junior team members, and support efficient service during busy periods.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen station management.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and basic kitchen inventory control.
• Experience working in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, follow direction, and communicate clearly with colleagues and management.
• Organizational skills to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain a clean, efficient workstation.
• Relevant culinary education or professional certification is preferred but not strictly required.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in English for workplace communication; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
