Chief Compliance & Quality Officer The Chief Compliance Officer (CCQO) serves as DTAC’s Privacy Officer and leads the organization’s compliance, quality assurance, regulatory, and risk-management programs across Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York and future expansion markets. This role ensures adherence to federal, state, payer, and accreditation standards while promoting a culture of ethics, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead regulatory compliance efforts, audits, accreditation readiness, and corrective action planning. Oversee quality assurance, risk management, incident trending, and compliance reporting. Conduct investigations related to compliance concerns, complaints, or policy violations. Develop and maintain organizational policies, procedures, and compliance training programs. Partner with executive leadership, HR, operations, and clinical teams to support ethical, compliant operations and strategic growth initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of compliance, regulatory, quality, or risk-management experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or residential treatment settings. Strong knowledge of Medicaid, licensing, CARF, Joint Commission, and payer requirements. Experience leading audits, investigations, corrective actions, and multi-site compliance initiatives. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills with ability to travel across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and future regions. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate may not currently hold a “Chief Compliance Officer” title — and that’s okay. We need a collaborative, strategic leader who can build scalable compliance programs while fostering a culture where compliance supports operational excellence—not unnecessary bureaucracy. They are highly ethical, solutions-oriented, and capable of guiding leaders and frontline staff through complex regulatory and operational challenges with professionalism, objectivity, and discretion.
