This position is available in Europe + Israel.

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) to lead the next generation of technology, digital, SAP/ERP, data, and AI transformation across a complex global API manufacturing organization.

Beyond ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant global IT operations, the CDIO will be a key architect of TAPI's future competitiveness and standalone journey. • Define and execute TAPI's multi-year digital, data, technology, and enterprise architecture strategy, aligned with business priorities and the company's transformation and standalone ambitions.
  • Own and lead a complex, global SAP/ERP implementation from strategy through stabilization, including business case development, operating model and process design, vendor and system-integrator selection, solution governance, implementation, data migration, process harmonization, testing, deployment, change management, and benefits realization across countries and manufacturing sites.
  • Drive global process standardization and modernization across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, R&D, commercial, finance, procurement, and corporate functions, while managing essential local and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure technology investments deliver measurable business outcomes, operational efficiency, scalability, and long-term value.

AI, Data & Digital Innovation

  • Own TAPI's enterprise digital, data, and AI strategy, with a strong focus on up-to-date AI integrations, scalable platforms, and practical adoption across core business processes.

  • Partner with business leaders to identify, integrate, and scale AI-enabled solutions across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, procurement, finance, commercial operations, customer experience, knowledge management, and employee productivity.
  • Lead the integration of AI capabilities into existing enterprise platforms and workflows, ensuring fit-for-purpose architecture, secure deployment, interoperability, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish strong data foundations and AI governance covering data quality, privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, intellectual property, model governance, responsible AI, and value tracking.
  • Build enterprise-wide digital and AI capabilities through targeted adoption programs, capability building, and clear ownership within the business.
  • Ensure digital, data, and AI initiatives deliver measurable productivity gains, improved decision-making, stronger customer experience, operational improvements, and sustainable cost reduction.
  • Ensure AI initiatives translate into measurable value creation, productivity gains, customer experience improvements, and sustainable operating cost reductions.
