Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at FP&A Professionals - India will provide strategic leadership and direction for the organization in a part-time, remote capacity. The CEO will oversee financial performance, operations, and business planning to ensure sustainable growth and effective delivery of career development services. This role includes defining and refining the company’s strategic priorities, guiding sales and partnership initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The CEO will collaborate with the leadership team to improve processes, manage budgets, evaluate new opportunities, and represent the organization in key external engagements. The position requires setting high standards of governance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring that the organization’s mission and values are reflected in all activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Finance and related financial decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Strong capabilities in Operations Management to oversee processes, resources, and service delivery efficiency.
• Proven experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to define long-term goals, growth strategies, and organizational roadmaps.
• Background in Sales and business development, with the ability to build partnerships and drive revenue growth.
• Prior senior leadership experience, preferably as a CEO, COO, or similar executive role.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, part-time setting while managing multiple priorities.
• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field is preferred.
