We are recruiting a CFO for a fast-growing digital health company delivering enterprise care management technology to healthcare providers across the United States.

The business supports hundreds of provider organisations - including health systems, FQHCs, home health agencies, and long-term care facilities - with a platform spanning remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, and value-based care workflows, and is recognised as a leading player in its space.

This is a newly defined CFO mandate for a privately held, founder-led company at an exciting stage of growth, with the opportunity to build and shape the finance function as the business scales.

What you'll own:

• Full ownership of the finance function, including financial planning & analysis, reporting, treasury, and cash management
• Partnering directly with the CEO and executive team on strategic and growth planning
• Building out financial infrastructure, controls, and processes to support continued scale
• Supporting revenue cycle, reimbursement, and payor-related financial operations specific to a value-based care / healthcare services model
• Potential involvement in capital strategy and future funding or M&A conversations

What we're looking for:

• CPA qualification preferred but not required
• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience within value-based care, digital health, healthcare SaaS, or a closely adjacent healthcare technology sector - candidates must come from within this industry
• Experience operating in a privately held, founder-led, or bootstrapped environment is a strong plus
• Comfortable building and scaling a finance function from the ground up
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement models, payor relationships, and regulatory/compliance considerations within care management
