A growing, private equity backed infrastructure services company is executing an aggressive regional expansion strategy across the Southeastern U.S. and is at an inflection point. With M&A on the horizon, thisd CFO will be integral is establishing fundational bet pratices alongside leading such acquisitions with the CEO.
This is a pivotal, high visibility role for a finance leader who is equally comfortable in the weeds of project financials and in the boardroom driving strategic decisions. This position is remote-friendly. The company is prioritizing the right leader over geography, with flexibility for candidates based anywhere in the U.S. who can travel periodically for leadership meetings and project site visits.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
The CFO will report directly to the CEO and take full ownership of the company's financial operations, spanning project accounting, working capital management, M&A execution, and investor level reporting. You will architect the financial systems and team needed to support a disciplined buy and build strategy while positioning the business for long term, scalable growth.
