Chief Financial Officer

On behalf of our client—an international e-commerce group with in-house logistics, affiliate, and performance marketing operating across European and Latin American markets—we are searching for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Role Overview

• Location: Remote (Kyiv time zone / EET / EEST)
• Type: Full-time
• Mission: Ensure the group's financial resilience and operational efficiency by scaling, structuring, and modernizing the global finance function.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in finance, including 3+ years in an executive leadership role (CFO or Finance Director).
• Jurisdictions: Strong multi-entity experience in the EU (must-have), alongside LATAM, Asia, or the US.
• Finance Architecture: Proven track record of building or relaunching systematic finance operations (accounting, treasury, internal controls, budgeting, IFRS/GAAP).
• Tech & Automation: Hands-on experience with ERP/BI implementations (Tableau, 1C, Zoho) and process automation (RPA / AI).
• Fintech & Crypto: Practical understanding of international payment systems and cryptocurrencies as financial tools.
• Languages: English (B2+) and Ukrainian (C1+).

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Structure: Develop global financial strategy, optimize cross-border multi-entity legal structures, and manage group consolidation.
• FP&A & Reporting: Establish robust budgeting, scenario modeling, variance analysis, and transparent management reporting.
• Treasury & Payments: Modernize cash flow management, optimize working capital, and manage banking and payment provider (PSP) relationships.
• Tax & Compliance: Direct international tax planning (direct and indirect taxes), set up internal controls, and mitigate financial risk.
• Transformation: Automate routine workflows and drive cross-functional alignment across product, sales, legal, and operations teams.
