Possible Tasks within this Role Maintenance of debt collection procedures (leasing /credit contracts). Monitoring of clients' portfolio payment discipline. Implementation of measures for settlement of overdue debts. Written/verbal contacts with clients (soft collection). Cooperation with collection agencies (hard collection support). Qualification requirements Strong communication, negotiation and facilitation skills. Work experience in sphere of debt management as well as knowledge of legal basics is advantageous. Excel user.
