Role Overview This is an exciting opportunity to lead the financial transformation at a dynamic payment service provider. As the CFO, you will drive the development of the finance function across multiple legal entities. You will play a crucial role in building and automating finance processes, implementing ERP systems, and partnering with senior management to enhance financial visibility and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead the transformation and development of the Group’s finance function across multiple legal entities. Build, improve, and automate core finance processes, including month-end closing, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Lead the implementation of ERP and financial management systems and ensure finance processes are structured and scalable. Establish strong internal controls, reporting standards, and processes in line with international best practices. Oversee treasury, safeguarding, regulatory reporting, and external audit processes. Take a hands-on approach during the transformation phase, building the function and processes before moving into a more strategic leadership role. Partner with senior management and other functions to improve financial visibility, controls, and decision-making. Requirements Proven experience in a CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership role, ideally within fintech, payments, banking, or another regulated financial services environment. Strong experience in building and transforming finance functions and processes. Solid IFRS reporting and consolidation experience across multiple legal entities. Experience with ERP and/or FP&A system implementation; NetSuite experience is a plus. Strong understanding of treasury, safeguarding, financial controls, and regulatory requirements. ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification. Experience with Big4 audits is a plus. Experience in fintech. Key Soft Skills Hands-on, proactive, and highly accountable.
