Wire Salad is looking for a commercially minded CFO to lead finance across our fast-growing digital products and e-commerce businesses. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build strong financial systems, improve decision-making, manage cash efficiently, and act as a strategic partner to the CEOs. What you’ll do: Own all financial planning, reporting, forecasting, cash flow, budgeting, and treasury management. Build clear weekly and monthly reporting for revenue, profitability, cash position, working capital, and business-unit performance. Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, scenario planning, and capital-allocation decisions. Improve financial controls, approval processes, internal reporting, and operational discipline across the group. Partner with product, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to evaluate growth investments, customer acquisition economics, pricing, supplier terms, and margins. Oversee accounting, tax, statutory reporting, audits, payroll, and compliance across Estonian and international entities. Manage relationships with banks, payment providers, accountants, auditors, tax advisers, and external partners. Support corporate structuring, intercompany arrangements, fundraising, acquisitions, and new-market expansion where relevant. Build and lead a high-performing finance, and accounting team over time. What we’re looking for: 7+ years in senior finance roles, ideally including CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance, or Big Four transaction/advisory experience. Experience in high-growth technology, digital products, e-commerce, subscription businesses, performance marketing, or payments is strongly preferred. Strong command of cash flow management, P&L ownership, unit economics, forecasting, and financial modelling. Experience with Estonian accounting, tax, statutory reporting, and international group structures. Commercial judgment: you understand that finance is not only about reporting what happened, but helping decide what to do next. Highly analytical, structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment. Able to move between strategic work and hands-on execution. Excellent English communication skills. Within your first 6–12 months, you will have: Built reliable, decision-ready reporting across all businesses. Introduced disciplined forecasting and cash-flow visibility. Improved profitability tracking, marketing spend controls, and unit-economics reporting. Strengthened finance operations, controls, and external compliance. Become a trusted financial partner to leadership on growth, investment, and strategic decisions. What we offer: A senior leadership role with real ownership and influence. Direct partnership with the CEOs and leadership team. Exposure to a diverse portfolio of digital, subscription, and e-commerce businesses. Competitive compensation. Flexible working setup, with a fully-remote possibility.
