Ideal Candidate Profile: We are only considering candidates who meet the following minimum criteria : Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling at least one consumer/DTC/B2C brand from $80MM to $300MM+ in revenue (or beyond). Leadership Tenure: Held a VP/CMO role for at least 2–5+ years in a single organization. DTC Marketing Expertise: A significant portion of the company’s growth under your leadership must have been driven by direct response advertising and marketing , paired with strong brand-building capabilities .
