Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) — Online Casino & Betting

We are seeking a CMO to lead our brand marketing, build a robust acquisition engine, optimize regional strategies and partnerships, and drive measurable financial growth.

Format: Full remote / Hybrid / Office [Limassol, Cyprus]

About The Company

An iGaming group with four brands (online casino and betting) operating within a single ecosystem: a shared team, technological platform, and affiliate program. We have an active audience in the Runet, Latin America, and European markets, with payment processing in fiat and crypto.

Goal of the Role

You will take charge of the marketing for all four of the group's brands and build an acquisition machine with measurable ROI: from the strategy for each GEO to ownership of the marketing P&L. The role reports directly to the CEO and involves direct management of a team of 20+ people (SEO, PR/Promo Team, Affiliates, SMM).

What You Will Do

Strategy and P&L

• Develop marketing strategy across brands, GEOs, and channels; define the positioning for each brand.
• Own the marketing P&L: manage the GGR → NGR → Contribution Margin chain, control bonus costs, and track cohort payback on acquisition spend (payback by FTD cohorts).
• Set and break down KPIs: traffic, conversion, CPA, LTV, NGR, bonus cost/GGR.
• Form, defend, and manage the marketing budget broken down by brands and GEOs.
  
  

Acquisition and Partnerships

• Manage all paid and organic acquisition channels.
• Develop the affiliate network: negotiate RevShare / CPA / Hybrid terms, evaluate partners by NGR cohorts, and monitor traffic quality and bonus abuse.
• Conduct direct negotiations with media, agencies, influencers, and traffic partners.
  
  

Team

• Lead the acquisition team (SEO, PR/Promo Team, Affiliates, SMM): handle hiring, set KPIs, build motivation systems, and mentor team leads.
• Coordinate with product, analytics, BI, and CRM teams; provide regular reporting to C-level executives.
  
  

Brand and Product

• Oversee the production of creatives, ensure a consistent tone of voice for brands across GEOs, and conduct A/B testing.
• Participate in retention and CRM mechanics: welcome flows, reactivation, and the bonus system.
• Represent the company at SiGMA, ICE, iGB, and other industry events.
  
  

What Is Important To Us

• 5+ years in iGaming / betting marketing, including 2+ years as a Head of Marketing or higher.
• Proven experience simultaneously managing multiple brands or products.
• Deep knowledge of the Runet and LatAm markets.
• Practical experience within the affiliate ecosystem: understanding RevShare / CPA / Hybrid models, calculating effective CPA accounting for LTV, and evaluating partners by NGR cohorts.
• Experience working with .com brands: understanding the specifics of payment infrastructure (P2P, crypto, PSP rotation) and its impact on deposit conversion.
• Experience managing a team of 10+ people and a budget of $1M+ per year; making decisions based on unit economics.
• Confident work with data: Google Analytics 4, Power BI, and internal BI systems.

• English and/or Spanish for working with LatAm and European markets.
• Experience publicly representing the company at industry conferences.

• Compensation: Fixed salary + performance bonus tied to results.
• Employment: B2B contract / legal entity, Cyprus jurisdiction.

Hiring Process
