🚀 Chief of Staff — Founder's Office | Pre-Seed, YC-Backed AI Startup | On-site/Remote
We're a fast-moving, YC-backed AI startup building at the intersection of sports, health, and human performance — and we're looking for a Chief of Staff who thinks like a co-founder, not an employee.
This isn't a calendar-management role. It's a seat next to the founders, working on whatever the company needs most that week — strategy one day, customer calls the next, a competitive teardown the day after that.
What you'll actually do
🔹 Partner directly with the founders on the company's highest-priority initiatives
🔹 Take zero-to-one problems from ambiguity to execution with minimal hand-holding
🔹 Run research sprints across markets, customers, competitors, and emerging opportunities
🔹 Build and manage relationships with customers, partners, and investors
🔹 Support strategy, growth, ops, and business development — no fixed lane
🔹 Work closely with technical/ML teams and get fluent in a complex product
🔹 Spot problems before they're obvious, and bring the founders solutions, not just observations
🔹 Build the process if it doesn't exist yet — then run it yourself
