We usually respond within 2 hours We’re hiring Chief of Staff to work directly with Founders of fast-growing eCom businesses. We’re looking for a highly capable operator who can take strategic priorities from the founder, turn them into executable plans, and drive them across the organization. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, people, and execution . You will be bringing structure to fast-moving companies, keeping leadership priorities on track, and making sure important initiatives actually get finished. What You'll Own Protect founders' time by helping determine what needs their attention, what can be delegated, and what should be deprioritized. Translate high-level ideas and company goals into clear projects, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes. Drive cross-functional execution across marketing, creative, operations, customer experience, finance, and other teams. Establish operating rhythms, including leadership meetings, weekly priorities, KPI reviews, and accountability systems. Identify bottlenecks before they become problems and push the right people toward decisions and resolution. Build and improve SOPs, processes, dashboards, documentation, and internal systems as the company scales. Follow up relentlessly on commitments and ensure projects don't disappear after meetings. Conduct research, analysis, and problem-solving to support important founder and leadership decisions. Help improve organizational structure, hiring priorities, role clarity, and team accountability. Take ownership of high-priority projects that don't naturally belong to one department. Who We're Looking For Proven experience in similar roles within an eCom/DTC company Strong business judgment. You can understand the "why" behind a priority, not just execute a task list. Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with *KPIs, dashboards, business metrics, and performance data. Comfortable challenging assumptions, asking difficult questions, and holding senior team members accountable. Highly resourceful — when something is unclear, you investigate, create a recommendation, and move it forward.
