Then we love meet you! What You'll Be Responsible For Own the day-to-day operations of a growing DTC eCommerce business. Build, improve, and document SOPs across multiple business functions. Create operational structure, accountability, and scalable processes. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects move efficiently. Improve workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecks. Help recruit, interview, and onboard new team members. Work closely with leadership on operational planning and execution. Monitor KPIs and ensure teams consistently execute against priorities.
