1. Percentage of quarterly Rocks completed on time exceeds the agreed target.

• Leverage LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini/Copilot) for analysis, documentation, synthesis, and decision support to accelerate ops without adding headcount.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI) for executive reporting and exit-prep readiness, complementing Sheets-based scorecards.
• Administer CRM and implement no-code automations (e.g., Zapier/Make/n8n) to reduce manual work, improve data integrity, and speed handoffs across teams.
• Use meeting capture tools (e.g., Otter/Fireflies/Fathom/tl;dv) to produce reliable summaries and action items that feed operating cadences and follow-ups.
