What you’ll be doing:

This role offers the opportunity to work across a range of business priorities, supporting performance management, business insight, technology enablement and continuous improvement activities.

You’ll join a flexible AI enablement team, building broad capability across AI, data and product enablement while developing deeper expertise in one or more areas such as business analysis, AI tooling administration, adoption and skills, experimentation, or management information. You’ll move across these areas over time to support your development and respond to changing business priorities and demand.

You'll gain exposure to a broad range of activities, working with colleagues across the business to deliver insights, improve efficiency, support strategic priorities and help drive positive outcomes for customers and colleagues.

We'll provide the support and guidance you need to succeed. You'll contribute independently and as part of a wider team, taking ownership of defined activities while building your expertise and professional capability.

In this role you’ll:

  • Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and actionable insights that support business performance.
  • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and management information to provide accurate and meaningful business intelligence.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, solve challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the delivery of business change, strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Leverage technology, automation and digital tools to improve efficiency, productivity and ways of working.
  • Prepare insights, presentations and updates for leadership forums while supporting planning, governance and delivery tracking activities.
