To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: Pricing, executing and hedging structured credit and hybrids transactions, including repacks and credit linked notes Risk managing dynamically our trading positions Training junior resources on the trading team Maintaining, improving and creating trading monitoring tools Contributing to new product development initiatives in partnership with Quants, Structurers and Support/Control functions WHAT YOU’LL BRING Our people are our greatest strength. Professional Experience Minimum 4 years of experience in Credit, Hybrids, Structured Rates or XVA trading/structuring/quant roles (Required) Education Bachelor/Master´s/PhD in Sciences (Maths, Physics, Computer Science) or in Economics/Statistics (Required) Languages Working language is English (Required) Spanish or another European language are a plus (Preferred) Hard Skills Strong problem-solving skills (Required) Familiarity with AI-augmented coding tools is a plus (Preferred) Soft Skills Team player (Required) Entrepreneurial, delivery-oriented mindset (Required) Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced trading environment (Required) WE VALUE YOUR IMPACT Your contribution matters , and it’s recognized.
