Position Summary The Clinical Intervention Center (CIC) Technician supports the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Collaborative Solutions team by delivering responsive customer service to facilities and prescribers’ offices, collaborating with pharmacists on cost-savings initiatives, and helping resolve medication-related claim rejections. As a fully remote, computer-based role, this position requires confidence and adaptability in navigating multiple systems and software applications throughout the workday. Key Responsibilities Fax CIC forms to prescribers and facilities using RightFax. Contact prescribers’ offices and facilities to verify fax numbers, office information, and fax preferences. Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls. Prepare patient-specific therapeutic interchanges (PSTIs). Set up Facility Formulary Therapeutic Interchanges (FFTIs) and Third-Party Therapeutic Interchanges (TPTIs). Prepare medication profiles for Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Process documents in Perceptive Content, including medication approvals and denials. Provide flexible support across CIC operations as needed, including medication-reject resolution, special customer requests, and prior authorization activities. Required Qualifications Minimum of two years of relevant pharmacy technician experience. Active pharmacy technician license or registration in good standing in the state where the candidate resides. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with computer systems and standard office applications. Preferred Qualifications Three or more years of relevant pharmacy technician experience. Experience with Omnicare systems, including: OASIS, OmniDX, Rightfax, Perceptive Content. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with peers, leadership, and customers. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while meeting production expectations. Education High school diploma or GED required. Work Arrangement This is a remote position and candidates can reside anywhere in the United States. The selected candidate must be able to work the assigned schedule, remain available to support team needs during standard operating hours, and maintain a suitable remote work environment that supports confidentiality, productivity, and business requirements. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
