CityBee belongs to Modus Mobility , which strives to provide smart mobility solutions to increasingly faster-living society and cities moving towards greener future needs. Modus Mobility also includes MyBee (car subscription). At the moment, we are looking for a proactive Customer Support Specialist (full time) who wants to become a part of CityBee team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible to : Ensure exceptional customer support via email, online chat, phone or other channels Go extra mile for the customer collaborating with support team Proactively watch out for the best interest of our customers Escalate issues to your team leader or other departments as required Provide training and assistance to other new team members when needed
