Job Description We are looking for a technically skilled and independent candidate to support a growing construction and renovation company in Switzerland with building permit processes, architectural planning, and structural documentation. The role focuses on drawing construction plans, preparing building permit applications (Baubewilligungen), creating energy performance documentation (Energienachweise), and supporting structural calculations such as snow load assessments. You will work closely with the internal team and occasionally on-site with clients, contributing directly to the company's expansion from interior renovations into larger general contracting projects. Requirements Studies or background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Spatial Planning, or a related field Practical experience with Swiss building permit processes and technical documentation Ability to draw architectural and structural plans (CAD or equivalent tools) Knowledge of Swiss energy standards and experience preparing Energienachweise Familiarity with structural basics (e.g. snow load calculations, steel beam dimensioning) is a strong plus Fluent in German; French and English are an advantage Structured, reliable, and able to work independently Experience with building permits in multiple Swiss cantons is beneficial Benefits Start : Immediately Workload : 20–60% (flexible) Duration : indefinite Location : Remote, with occasional on-site visits
