AutoCAD & Civil 3D Support Specialist Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled AutoCAD & Civil 3D Support Specialist to assist with drafting, design, and technical support for ongoing land development and survey projects. The ideal candidate will handle daily technical tasks in Civil 3D, ensure drafting standards are met, and assist in maintaining standardized project templates. Position Details: Hours: Starts at 10 hours per week, with the potential to increase as you become familiar with our workflows and processes. Location: Fully Remote Key Responsibilities: • Import CSV point data into Civil 3D drawings. • Incorporate GIS linework into design files for land development and survey projects. • Manage and create layout viewports at various scales in AutoCAD Civil 3D. • Adjust coordinate systems within drawing settings using Civil 3D. • Refine point styles and point label styles via Tool Space in Civil 3D. • Import, manage, and edit blocks to ensure accuracy and reusability. • Support the creation and maintenance of standardized drawing templates for long-term reuse.• Manage external references (xrefs) to enable efficient project collaboration and updates. Qualifications: • Proven experience working with AutoCAD and Civil 3D software. • Strong understanding of coordinate systems, GIS linework, and point data management in Civil 3D. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables remotely.
