Are you passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer service? Suncorp Group is looking for a motivated and compassionate professional to join our Workers Compensation Claims team in a role where your work truly matters.

You'll manage a portfolio of personal injury claims and play a key role in supporting people through challenging times.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Darwin, with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims for small, medium, and large employers
• Accurately assessing claims and ensuring injured workers receive the correct entitlements on behalf of iCare
• Communicating clearly and empathetically with all stakeholders
• Prioritising your workflow to meet key timeframes and deliver a seamless experience
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver proactive case management
• Providing high-quality customer service to employers, injured workers, and legislative authorities through compliant, efficient, and timely support

What You’ll Bring

• A passion for people and a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills, you know how to listen, engage, and resolve issues effectively
• A team-focused attitude with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Empathy and compassion for those navigating complex, often emotional situations
• The ability to analyse information and make sound, timely decisions
• Experience in Workers Compensation or Personal Injury claims is highly regarded
• Allied Health background? That’s a bonus!
